I think, you know, over our time doing Equity Mates, we're notching up nine years now.

Some asset classes have gotten bigger, others have gotten smaller.

But for me, there's really only one that has emerged in my mind from nothing over the past nine years, and that is private credit.

But as we prepared for this interview today and we looked up the guests who we're about to introduce today,

It became clear that private credit, non-bank lending, whatever you want to call it, has been in operation in Australia and around the world for a lot longer than that.

And so as private credit captures the headlines these days, we wanted to speak to an expert to help us understand more about what's going on in the space and how we should understand all the different aspects of it.
