And this is my, I think, spontaneously my response.

It is connected to, yeah, it depends on the hotel and the people, if they want to do it.

But I personally now, I try to do weekends without mobile phone, to go in the forest for running, for work.

to do grounding with my feet on the floor to meditate etc and this helps me like to especially in the early morning person so especially in the early morning before doing anything else i can think outside of the box i think i'm i i know myself a little bit so i know when i work best in the evening i'm i'm not useful i can watch netflix or read a book or something but

For me, this is a productive when I can really think out of the box, when I can come up with new ideas.

So I think everyone, again, has to know not only the team, but especially himself, no?

And to provide this or to facilitate this, this is also part of the hotel manager at the hotel, no?

To provide the space, to facilitate the work process so that they have time for this, or at least to motivate and to engage and to initiate this process, no?
