I'm responsible for the restaurant, for the operations.

But I think it's a mutual trading off.

I have my role, but I like to enrich myself from all the histories, from all the personal stories.

And I think you have also like the main characteristics, that every human is looking for tranquility, to be happy.

It doesn't matter if Muslim, Hindu, Christian,

christian etc no and this perspective of no like nationalism not too many borders i consider myself also like a citoyen du monde like a world citizen so it's not that i'm austrian i'm mexican or something no and this i think also communicates to the people

Well, I think...

It's a challenge everywhere, especially we have like, it depends on the season, but like 80 to 90 employees.

And then of course, some trainees, et cetera.

And in the end, in several areas for us, it is very important that they speak also German.

So...

For example, in front office or guest relation manager, of course, because like 50% of our guests are coming from the DACH region.

So Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and many local Viennese people, they want to not only speak German, even to understand the Viennese dialect.

But in the other areas, like in the back office, like in kitchen, et cetera, there are several people that only speak English and the native language.

And it's quite a challenge and very enriching.

But to organize this, we have to be, of course, very sensible with the cultures.

When we do the recruiting, we try to look for persons, of course, that want to integrate, that want to learn the language, the culture.

But we try to focus on the mindset and we train them.

We also organize language courses, English, German.
