But it will be different because we are from Grape Hospitality.

We actually have the brand of Mercure.

We are a four-star hotel, but it will be a premium hotel, so it will go up.

And the history is also very interesting because around us, you had so much culture.

That's why I tried to push also with readings, with concerts, etc.

Also for the hotel guests, but also for local people.

And next to us, there was this famous musician you probably know.

Ludwig van Beethoven was our neighbor back then.

He wrote the Ninth Symphony like 100 meters from us.

And opposite us, there was Honoré de Balzac, the famous French writer.

He was living there.

So many other writers, Adalbert Stifter, Ludwig Tijek, especially German-Austrian writers, have lived here.

So it is amazing for us to have this hotel where we, as a franchise hotel, we have a little bit more flexibility and we can play with these playgrounds, culture, classic hotels.

The local people, we have many initiatives there.

And of course, we are part of Crepe Hospitality.

They have like hundreds of hotels, mainly in France and Spain.

So there is also a lot of French touch here in Austria, no?

To keep it short, sorry.

For me, this is very important because the hotel is not just a vision.
