Well, I will say obviously everyone has been talking about AI.
However, it's more for me people behind AI.
Means you know, you know, it's culture uh and training because AI will be an amazing tool.

And the culture will be quite difficult managing the technology and all the integration software that we have.
So I will say uh big focus it's people.
Um so

I would say it's training.
Uh training uh training and culture, because are two separate subjects.
One is the uh you know the people and the culture, the performance, the um the quality to to teach them about um um accountability, I think is a big force of us.
Um and as well, I think everyone is talking about you know how important this.
And training.
And education.
Hundred percent.
Because uh again I think I I will it's kind of exponentially helping a business, however, is as well at a risk.
Because if you don't know how to use it, it's like anything, you're gonna have a very powerful car and if you don't know how to drive or you don't have the skills, well you will not go anywhere.
And uh I believe that this is why yes, AI is very important, however, you need the team, the structure and the training place, um, to ensure that you are using the AI and the technology at full potential.
