Now, sure.
So ownership might come to you and have, you know, they're going to tell you what payroll is and things like that.
And they might tell you, look, we're a little bit concerned with this or that or the other thing.
But generally speaking, I think when you have too many layers, in my experience, I don't think it works well.
So
I'm big on the reporting structure.
I'm that way with this organization here.
I'm very clear.
People have clear lines, clear roof.
I don't like overlap.
I think, look, we all collaborate, right?
You ask someone's opinion, you're collaborating, right?
No one makes trades decisions, moving guys up and down without collaborating.
So I think collaborating is the most BS word in sports.
Everyone ends up throwing it around all over the place.
And I think it's an excuse in my opinion to,
to not take accountability and no one take accountability for what's going on.
So the manager of a team each night, he's collaborating.
He's got all this.
He's got the bullpen coach, the catching coach, the pitching coach, the hitting coach, the bench coach.
