If you were to strip it all back to fundamentals, like what are two or three things you think of Med Spa really has to get right, regardless of their size, market, or whatever's trending in the moment, to be successful long term?
Yeah, and I've gotta say, as someone whose go to analogies and metaphors relate to water, um, I appreciate the image you just gave there.
