Where do you start?
Well you've mentioned, you know, to me and Rich before that you had to go the route of a voice agent to answer the front desk because you didn't have any physical space in the salon to even have a front desk.

I imagine this is like one area of the business that some owners would rather never pass off to AI.
Did you get any initial or even ongoing pushback from you know, guests with the voice agent?

And earlier you mentioned listening back to calls that guests have had with your AI voice agent.
Uh are there any other forms of human oversight or guardrails, like whether you do it on a monthly basis or whatever, like that you have in place for any parts of the business where AI or automations are at play?
What I'm hearing is that like obviously it takes a lot of work beforehand to get these tools up and running successfully.
And so my thinking kind of like goes back to that initial question of like where do we even start?

acting on first considering there's like such a heavy load before it even actually gets you any return on investment or investment of time, if anything.
I mean, so far, you know, everything that's been coming through sounds very positive, like it's really made a difference for your business.
And I don't wanna diminish anyone's
feelings about AI that might be
more on the fearful side.
