And I think within two days of signing, he had asked for reports on every player and, you know, and what they're working on to make sure that he was talking about the right things with those players.
He asked for a meeting with all of the minor league staff that's in Arizona to talk to our hitting philosophy and make sure he was talking about the right things.
He had already called almost all of our players to talk to him.
So these are the things that he's already talked about.
And actually, another thing, he came to my office yesterday and he said, hey, I hope you're okay.
