And that was it.
I tried to steer her onto other candidates, but there's no changing Nancy's mind once she's set on something.
Not that I'm any good at making things happen anyway.
So a week later, William joined.
It's funny, I hadn't warmed up to him during the interview, but now he was in the space and I interacted with him every day.

He was so messy and loud and had all these thoughts that bounced off each other and went to crazy places.
