Organic, non-GMO, which we are not.

We feed GMOs and pigs eat corn and all those kinds of things.

People love to see soy-free and this and that.

But every time I run the numbers on my grinding feed costs and I ask the customer, would you pay twice as much for this pork?

And most of the time they're going to tell you no.

And at the same time, my wife's pretty brave.

If a customer comes up and says, hey, are you organic or non-GMO?

And she'll tell them no.

And she asked them why they they asked for that.

And most of the time they don't really know.

They just hear it and think it's a great thing.

So we don't really see the push or the need for that or the way I'm going to make enough money to make that switch work.
