A lot of those holiday homes in residential areas are converting back to either permanent rentals or owner occupiers.

And the only buyers we've had over the last two years really have been owner occupiers.

So we would welcome some investors back in the market.

Absolutely.

And while that's good news for investors, it's pretty hard on locals who work in the hospitality industry and working for resorts and restaurants and so on.

It's really becoming unaffordable for them.

So that is something that's on the agenda for Noosa Council and for anyone involved in business in Noosa because we now have a shortage of staff just because of those rental prices and people not being able to live in the middle of town.

Already we're seeing inquiry levels lift and that will continue from here to Christmas.

We will sell everything we've got on the market right now in the next few weeks and there'll be more properties come on that we'll sell before Christmas as well.

So this is the time, if you want to be here for Christmas, if you want to get kids settled into school for January, now is the time to buy and our prices are still very affordable compared to down south, as long as you're not looking for the trophy homes in Sunshine Beach.

Honestly, if I didn't write this book, my head would have probably exploded because I really needed to get this information into other people's hands.

I just had been doing what I do for so long that I really just needed to tell more people about it.

Yeah, it's basically a business card.

People go into Amazon.

Amazon is a big search engine.

They go into Amazon, they search for e-commerce, they search for small business.

I'm right there.

They call me the next week, we do business.

Yeah.
