Uh but I do I used to listen to the show um The Apocalypse Book Club, which the intent was to like go through every piece of apocalyptic fiction in order, basically.
Um and they have they stopped doing the show a long time ago.
But um one thing that's really common in those early
books is like you have to have a frame story or you have to have some sort of buy-in.
Because you can't just have a story, right?
Like you can't just have
story for it.
There's this belief, you know, maybe the reader won't understand how to read it or like won't understand that it's fiction.
Um, there's also like

subcreation stuff going on there probably as well, like concerns of like creating you know, there's all that stuff.
