Correct.

It's been this misconception that you're going to build, I'll just put it this way.

If you had one or two companies that build, you know, human level artificial intelligence,

and nobody else did, then they could obviously sell that at a pretty high margin, and that's a good business.

But now when it looks like you're going to have five, six, seven, eight companies doing it, all of a sudden selling that at a markup is no longer possible, and you start to see a price war come out.

So for instance, today there was just news that OpenAI is going to cut two of the three latest models that

It put out one by 20% per token and the other by 80% per token, right?

So this is, we're starting to see the prices come down.

Well, they see what you're saying, which is like people are using these routers and they are saying, all right, I don't need to use OpenAI.

Maybe I'll just use OpenAI for like the tough coding stuff, but all the other things I'll use the Chinese models or Meta for.

So we looked at the massive exploding revenue, right?

Where's that coming from?

So a year ago, a lot of this was API.

So when I was with Dario a year ago, the majority of Anthropic's revenue was coming from the API.

So Anthropic licensing its model to other people who would pay it by token, which is effectively the word.
