Of the 23,000 employees that we have at Experian, 11,000 work in technology organizations.
4,000 work in the central group that's sort of mine, and the other 7,000 work in the business units.

It's not always easy.
People think, oh, my division can build it better or faster or different, and therefore we should.
So we communicate.
We have what we call a technology executive board.
which I run.
I'm the chair of that.
All the CTOs sit on that and we disclose roadmaps.
We talk about standards and make sure that if once we have a standard defined, there is no rebuilding, then it's all about reuse.
So that's our governance model in order to coordinate everybody, the technology executive board.
I have a right-hand person.
So we have a group CTO, Rodrigo, and he works with the CTO to say, what do you think we should talk about?
And then he makes a decision on what's on the agenda.
It gets to me, call it a week before the meeting.
I say, yeah, I like it, or I don't want to talk about this.
I want to talk about that.
