Well, yeah, I mean, Trump is, according to his true social, very upset that this operation was carried out into the Russian interior while negotiations were ongoing. And the White House is saying that they were not informed before this attack took place. Hard to know if that is, you know, brinksmanship or, you know, sort of the PR role of this.
