I I'm not sure I'm quite following I think the the um
the approach that we're thinking right now is um if there is a um the potential coalescence of a historical district that if there is an inclusion um or an opportunity area or site um
on or within um that potential district that in those um cases it would require a supermajority council vote um rather than a simple majority and so I think like I feel comfortable with that level of detail.

You know, like I don't know, like staff might be able to work the technicals around how that I uh otherwise I think we might be n needing to go into a lot of detail we're not equipped for, but I don't wanna speak for staff staff like you wanna help us out here to extent.

Um okay, then in that case, I think we've got a couple additions, modifications to this, which would um be largely right now this is what we have on the floor, so still open for discussion, obviously.
But um uh we have
The recommendation, the three things with the additions or additional guidance direction, recommendation, what have you, um, that the council um in a final product please make more clear what the incentives, benefit structure, and potential um uh improvement to that might look like.
