I guess my only question, I couldn't understand pragmatically why the administrative proposals being put forward, and I appreciate Mr. Anderson's commentary around the

yarn ball nature of the the code and finding um new threads to pull on can be maddening i guess i'm definitely just kind of curious as to like you know given some of the commentary here you know what comes to my mind is is is it really that difficult and i'm not trying to be like

I'm genuinely asking because I'm of the less informed, you know, from relative to the staff's side, but is it really that difficult to attempt to provide some sort of timeframe or even like a timeframe for a timeframe of just kind of like assurance around what that ministerial target would look like?

That's my main question, because I'm also concerned around the council direction and the lack, like I can appreciate why the administrative is where staff is coming from, but I'm also very concerned about the lack of like more formal acknowledgement in the current proposal.

So I guess, I don't know who would probably take that on, but.
