I generally wanna state that I'm in agreement with the approach that staff has taken.

I think it's a neat solution to sort of fit into the process we need at the moment to address projects that are coming through the AB 130 application.

So I commend staff for the very quick response to council's directive.

and I think this is a good solution and a good way to proceed.
