I think usually it would depend on the applicant pool, and it also depends on it's not an exact science.

Right, so tax credits for at the federal level I think are about 30 years with the state level being a minimum of 55.
We obviously don't want to stand in the way of any, well it's not the tax credits necessarily themselves, it's the investors and the
finances on the other side of those tax credits that may have different regulations.
So our preference would be in perpetuity, but we wouldn't want to prohibit any developer from securing their financing.
