Part of Carl's game that I think makes him so good is that they were running him off the three-point line, and the Spurs are – I'm trying to remember the exact number.

I have to do math off the top of my head, which is never a good thing.

But I think they won 59 games on holding teams under 40% from three in the regular season.

And –

Carl, obviously, with his shooting ability, you want to try to avoid that.

It's like a pick your poison.

Well, obviously, we'd rather run him off the line and get him closer to Wemby.

So I don't think their plan necessarily was a bad one.

I just think that the Knicks found ways to get him looks and credit to him.

He out-muscled Wemby on some plays and had some really nice pull-up shots over him too.

I think that their plan honestly wasn't that bad.

I just think that he was going when the rest of the Knicks

weren't going.

And then when the rest of the Knicks heated up, he was able to take a backseat.

So I think that's what makes the Knicks offense good.

And I don't really blame the Spurs for what they were doing that much, just as much as I credit Carl for kind of finding a way to work around it.

Yeah, I think the other thing is when it comes to his skill set and how it plays into the bigger part of the offense, you know, Jalen Brunson is as good as anybody at getting to the basket.

And Victor Wimbinyama obviously makes you think twice about that, right?
