I thrive on things being done well and, you know, just things done with excellence.
And so I think it's surrounding myself with people that just knock it out of the park.
And, you know, when a project manager just is delivering a phenomenal project and you get a walk on site and I didn't really have to be involved in the details because, you know, I'm running the business, I'm going to run in the back and I get to focus on, you know, hey, let's bring in this new software called Adaptive.
It's going to really make your life easier.
Um, or, you know, whatever it is, or, you know, Hey, let's go to the Biltmore house and spend the day having fun, whatever it is.
I get a focus on those things and I don't have to go on the job site very often because the project managers are just handling it.
And I mean, creating exquisite works of beauty.
I mean, I.
Currently, one of our projects, we're building a railing, and the client just flew the blacksmith that we hired, like Anvil blacksmith.
No way.
He's old-timey, old-school.
He just flew them to France to document this staircase that's in France that they've modeled kind of their whole house after, and he's building this gorgeous, exquisite railing.
But I don't have to get involved in that because my project manager is handling that.
So I enjoy that.
I enjoy, you know, things done well and the fun of being a well-run business.
We are, they've got one sample done.
We'll probably have it done by the end of the year.
I mean, it's literally an anvil.
