Well, we were planning to have a big party in 2020, but I don't know if you remember something crazy happened then and that threw it all off.

So yeah, we're hoping to do a big 50-year party.

Yeah, I mean, I think this is a great question.

And, you know, our our kind of our 10 year target is to provide a raving fan experience to every employee, every subcontractor and every client out there.

And we're really intentional about that order because.

we find yeah i think it's employee and then it's trade and then it's client because if you take care of your employees and you do a really good job of that they tend to take care of your trades a little bit better and you take care of your trades and then your client gets taken care of and that ultimately is what leads to more business and better reputation and a raving fan experience because you know let's not just do if we're going to do something let's not just do it okay let's do it with excellence and

So we're big on that.

We're big on trying to manage the experience.

And also, I mean, what one of the big things that we do is we try to set the expectation of what our experience is, because some people might want a different experience.

And it's like, OK, well, that's great.

Go to someone else to get that experience.

We at Wolfhomes, we're going to do it this way and it's going to lead to these results.

If that's really not the way that you want it, then that's fantastic.

But we want to be really clear up front with everybody in terms of that.

Yeah, I mean, I think, so one of the tools that we use is, I read a book called Vivid Vision.

Vivid Vision.

Yeah, Vivid Vision.

The idea behind it is you kind of go three years out in the future and you say, hey, here's what has happened in the organization over the last three years.

And so I did that for our organization and I launched the whole company.

We actually have in our website of, hey, here is the vision for the next three years of our company.
