Here's a local insurance guy who I know isn't going to screw you over or whatever.
Totally.
Whatever it is, like, here's ways that you can protect yourself or just be thinking a little bit more long term.
You know, recently we went through Financial Peace University with all our employees.
So, you know, just financial planning that doesn't necessarily have a benefit to Wolf, but is a at the same time, it is going to help them live their lives better.
One of my guys was very heavily struggling financially.
It was getting ready to have his house foreclosed upon.
Yeah, I mean, met four or five times and kind of showed him some ways that maybe he could change spending and adjust and house is saved and he's in a much better spot now.
And the stress that you see him walk around with kind of rolling off a little bit.
And so just always looking for ways to bless our people and want to really try to roll that to trades.
I don't know exactly how yet, but yeah.
No, I mean, I think that it definitely I mean, it definitely does compound.
But I think at the same time, I mean, you know, our our employee experience is kind of very, very important to us.
And so, you know, I read a book called The Power of Moments.
The idea behind it is when you go to Disney World, the synopsis real fast is when you go to Disney World, do you remember standing in line or do you remember riding the rides?
And so
Disney World has created this moment that you remember.
And so great organizations, they don't necessarily focus on this long journey.
They focus on little points of little highs.
And so one of the things that we do, and we just had one on Monday, is a friends and family party.
