So maybe that is to, let's say I'm going to build a skill for QuickBooks and I want to build the financial agent's ability to navigate QuickBooks.

It already has

If it's ChatGPT as an example, it already has almost a billion users now a week.

So there's a whole lot of context that it likely already has from QuickBooks.

It doesn't have my context or it doesn't have the same workflow that I'm wanting to give it.

And maybe I don't trust the context it already has.

Either way, you send it in and you send it to the help desk.

And then you have it in just the entire help desk or specifically around the project that you're wanting to do.

It can onboard itself, really.

And so then you're teaching the agent to become an expert in whatever this is that you're about to do, whatever that task or project you're about to do.

And then you roll into the project and then you give it the context.

Now that it is an expert, it saves that information, it becomes a skill for it, and then you push forward.

So I think just taking those extra steps and having either, again, AI write your prompt, that's one step, or having it research whatever the project you're going to do or whatever the system you're wanting to dive into.

I hear this a lot where I feel like a lot of people overthink it, and I did too.

Overthink AI wanting it to go end-to-end right away, wanting it to do an entire task from end-to-end, whereas I look at it now as if you could replace...
