Like there's no such thing as prediabetes.
Okay, I have impaired.
That's what I thought too.
They were like, you don't have it.
And I'm like, no, there is such thing as prediabetes.
Like it's prediabetic.
But I have impaired glucose tolerance.
And so I thought sourdough bread would be bad for that because my doctor told me, you know, eat high protein, blah, blah, blah.
But everyone in the comments was saying, no, sourdough bread, especially homemade sourdough bread, is really good for regulating your blood sugar.
And so I was like, well, this is incredible.
So I got one of those glucose monitors to prick myself.
And I actually have two bruises on my hand, but I tried to prick myself four times.
I couldn't get enough blood and it like hurts.
And I wonder if like part of the needle or something is stuck in my finger.
It's like, there's like a, a real life bruise.
So anyways, I couldn't get it posted that.
And you guys let me know.
I got to massage my finger.
