Well, I think it's, but I think the caveat here is especially if it's homemade.

So somebody said, you know, the H-E-B's sourdough is amazing.

And I was like, okay, well, a point for H-E-B.

And listen, I love H-E-B.

It's my favorite grocery store on the planet.

But a lot of people were like, no, no, no, no, no.

You got to read the ingredients of H-E-B's bread.

The last ingredient is and other genetically modified ingredients.

Oh.

so i think sourdough if you get it from a bakery or if it's homemade is where it really thrives yeah like she wrote the ingredients on the bread that she gave us and it says wheat butter water that makes sense is that what it is yeah that's like pretty incredible yeah so anyway i don't know how she made this croissant bread but people are asking me for the recipe so i'm gonna have to go over there and

you shave the frozen butter into it p is saying and we can't cut this because i don't want there to be jump cuts no it's okay i think we can keep it in okay we're gonna keep it we're gonna keep it i don't want there to be a bunch of jump cuts keep that in from p and so this reminds me of one more thing that's going on in the neighborhood so we've got a school in our neighborhood that people like love and but we're a lot of the moms in the neighborhood are kind of like

You know, you just always want to check out of school before you agree to send your kid there.

So we're hosting a happy hour with moms who go to the school and then moms in the neighborhood whose kids are young.

And we're going to do a Q&A with them.

Fun.

And we're doing it in two weeks.
