And just them being able to articulate that you could see their eyes start fluttering.
Right.
And you're beginning to see them buy into the context they're creating.

Again, getting that information, that really helped us begin to connect.
And I said, okay, so surfing, let's go with this metaphor.
And it's so interesting to watch because there are moments and then, you know, the more you can connect.
I don't surf.

I know you put a board on the water and you paddle and maybe you jump up or do whatever, right?
