And if anything, it also demonstrates the advantage of us organizing to support people at multiple levels of governance.

Those pressures exist on him as a mayor because he has to.

He has to coordinate his own budget for the city.

The money for the city comes from the state.

And he his number one focus is being as effective as possible as mayor of New York City.

And the same applies to me as a member of the House.

And so some of this is also about demonstrating the advantages of what a growing coalition looks like at multiple levels of governance.

There are those natural limitations and also they create natural complementary strategies and positions.
