During this time, and during, especially during COVID, there was a huge opening of the Overton window.
We were shut down.
There was some of the highest unemployment rates that we have seen because of those shutdowns.
And I think that the doors were really open in trying to entertain anyone.
and every policy that was going to get us to a better place.
And I actually think that the discussions that had that were had in that time were quite fruitful.
I think that
you know, during lockdown, uh of course, rhetoric in that time is not rhetoric that we would use today.
And I'm grateful that these candidates have the opportunity to present who they are to their electorate and what they're campaigning on in in this moment.
Dr. Abdul El-Sayed and I may come from different places, but we're forged from the same fight.
For money out of politics, money in your pocket, and Medicare for all.
That's the part they can't stand.
That's why billionaires are spending millions to bury Abdul and this movement.
And we only win when all of us win.
That's right.
Of course, I think very deeply humbled and grateful to, you know, folks who participate and convey that confidence.
And, you know, it's, I'm honestly, I think my main focus is really genuinely just the midterms right now.
We have to make sure that we win this majority.
Ask your skeptical neighbor to believe.
It's the only thing that we have.
