And, you know, I know that Don is at the center of this, but, you know, it affects all of our families.

And so for you to stand up there and to be in this situation, I just want to commend the bravery of both of you.

And just, you know, kudos.

And the envy of everyone.

Well, you know, I think it was a similar reaction as to so many other people across the country, which is to say that this was the precipice.

the administration finally has been building to this point and now thinking that they were going to officially really cross this line.

And in arresting you, they were coming after free speech in America and the entire journalistic press corps, period.

They've long been building up, trying to criminalize.

First, they're trying to criminalize people exercising their right to protest, their right to organize, their right to assembly.

But this your arrest was an escalation into now trying to outlaw witnessing, reporting and discussing what was actually happening as well.

And so we, of course, you know, knew that the whole country had to mobilize in defense.

And I'm very happy to see how unifying it was across so many different pockets and corners of the country.
