We're getting sort of these interruptions and, you know, all of these messages and pings every two minutes.
It's busy and I think it's a sense as well of we only have a finite amount of time and energy to give.
And those are incredibly valuable resources.
You know, as a company, your employees' time and energy, those are the units that
that you need to really make sure are being spent well.
Like you can think about it as like a time and energy budget.
You only have 40 hours a week of time units.
To be honest, we're spending more than that.
But in theory, that's what we have access to.
And you only have a certain amount of energy to give, cognitive energy and physical energy to give on a day-to-day basis.
And how are we investing those hours and those cognitive units?
And is it being spent in the best way?
And I think, you know, I think the data can be interpreted in many ways is also something I will say.
I've had people read this report and tell me, well, this shows that we have more flexibility and we're easier to reach.
And I think the data is very much in the eye of the beholder on this one.
Yeah, I mean, great connecting point, right?
And I think we kind of feel like the triple peak hasn't peaked yet.
You know, it was meant to be a phenomenon and it's not.
It's like it's the new norm.
And I think there are two interpretations I've heard of the triple peak.
