Like what adversity have I overcome?
What have I been able to work on emotionally or from a mental health perspective that I've seen progress in?
You know, have I overcome a heartbreak?
Have I overcome this kind of failure?
Have I been able to, you know, put myself out there again and be vulnerable?
Things in that category of like emotional strength that you've earned.
And keep a list.
Start adding to that list because some things won't come top of mind, won't come to your top of mind.
And then you'll think about it the next day and you start adding and adding and adding.
And before you know it, you're going to have a pretty extensive list of things that you as an individual have earned for yourself.
And when you look back on that list, you're really focusing on everything that you have achieved and also what you're capable of achieving.
And when you look at that, you're like, wait a minute, if I've done that, I could do this and I could do that.
And you have a really proactive approach instead of this kind of reactive approach to life.
And then you start to realize how much you do have to give and how much you do have to offer.
Okay.
So those are the six points.
We've got provide value and perform good deeds.
We've got put things into perspective.
We've got give a shit about everything.
you know, just care more about people and things and things that you do.
