You can have the little dregs of the pockets of time in their wake that they can be bothered to give to you.
And you'll put up with that for God knows how long.
When you prioritize clarity, you think no matter how painful this conversation is going to be, nothing is more important than my time.
Nothing.
Because it's the one resource you can never get back no matter what you do.
So you think clarity is everything.
If it means a rejection, but saving my ass some fucking time, I'm going for clarity.
If it means having that really awkward conversation with my boss and maybe potentially going down a different career path, I'm going to prioritize that because it's clarity.
And the more clarity you get in your life, the more you seek out just an answer, even if it's the one you don't want to hear,
you strengthen your relationship with yourself you come become more confident you realize that you don't crumble when something doesn't go the way you want it to go you become more resilient and then you like yourself more when you see yourself go through something hard and come out the other end you like yourself more as a person and then you're more likely to be daring and do harder things because you know you can always rebuild even if it doesn't work out okay so those are the three things that I recommend that you do

Body image compared to when you were in your 20s, balancing health with fun, prioritizing health and workouts once you've had a family,

And then a big one was coping with appearance changing, okay?
Now, there was a lot of questions around this idea of your appearance changing.
And obviously for some people, I know a lot of people that are like, I'm the hottest I've ever been in my fucking 30s.
And some people are like, I'm starting to notice some changes.
