Okay.
So another thing I wanted to talk about, about body energy and health brain exercises, start yesterday.
Always do things for your brain.
And when I talk about exercises, I'm not just talking about these brain training apps while they're fine.
They're not really what I'm referring to.
The best kind of brain training is things like when you're really putting yourself under like in a challenging situation and you've got a problem, solve your way out of it.
A great one is language acquisition.
Learn a new language.
Even if you're never going to use it, it doesn't matter.
It uses quite a large array of different brain regions.
then memory retrieval games or like memory athletes.
That's a great one as well.
But I would say if you're really unsure, I would either do a language or play an instrument that's very good for your brain training.
And I highly, highly recommend that.
Separate to that, of course,
Exercise.
Again, exercise.
I'll bang on about that.
I'll die on that hill.
And obviously meditating, things that are going to reduce stress.
