How can I put like raise the barrier to entry?
How can I become really consciously aware of when I'm doing that thing?

drinking a glass of water, whether it's whatever the fucking thing is, I have to name that behavior.
Maybe I can have three options for that behavior, depending if I'm at home versus out of the home or whatever.
So you're really setting yourself up.
I want you to write down your game plan now for how you're going to break the bad habits that you want to break.
And ideally, I would start with one bad habit at a time, because again, overwhelm.
If we've
If we put too much on our plate, we do nothing.
If we do one thing at a time, we're hungry and excited for the next thing.
That's what you want to be.
You want to get yourself hungry for change.
You want to stay there.
So you're always hungry for change because it feels doable.
It feels good.
It's challenging, but not overwhelming to the point where we're absolutely hating what we're going through.
