You're just doing some tweaks.
You have everything in you right now to be able to break a bad habit.

Different to an addiction, but you have it in you to break a bad habit.
And I, you know, everyone that's listening right now has the ability to increase their
their attention span, to stop this doom scrolling and make it intentional in pockets of the day that they want to do, to stop snoozing their alarm, to have a better morning routine if that's what they want, to stop that cigarette after dinner if they want.
Like all these things, you are all capable of doing it.
It's about conscious awareness.
It's about long-term depression of those neural pathways, weakening it and replacing it with something that's actually going to be good for you, okay?
I'm excited.

I literally nearly just threw my neck out saying I'm excited.
So I need to calm the fuck down and have a sauna.
But anyway, I'm excited for you and for me because I'm actually going to put this into practice as well.
And I'll let you know what I'm going to be putting into practice after I've done it because I don't want to be shouting my goals from the rooftop until they're in place.
But yeah, I've got already a list in my head of things that I'm going to be targeting in my everyday routine.
