Chucky Lozano has actually ruled out a move from San Diego FC despite reps from the club earlier this week saying publicly that he's no longer a plan, a part of their plans.
Now, if you remember, coach Mikey Barras even said that he's just not the right fit.
But now Fabrizio Romano is saying that Chucky is not willing to entertain offers during this transfer window.
