Well, his client is a detective guard who's suspended and before the courts and he's charged with criminal offences.
So we can't get into that.

But this detective guard has made a series of really serious allegations in and around the Regency Hotel.
the claims are accepted by a solicitor and are now kind of a series of a number of complaints to the Garda Commissioner, to the Garda Ombudsman, Fisru and to the DPP.
And
He hasn't had to enter a plea yet.
But he is going to be fighting the charges.
And the charges are unconnected to kind of what we're about to discuss.
