Yeah so at the inquest there was Garda evidence about what yeah there had been various letters to various I think some Gardaí some members of his own family and some of it was delved into and he spoke about
in one of these suicide ladders, I suppose, about an act of omission and that it's centered around a failure, what he perceived as a failure of his to follow up on all information around the identification process of Patrick Hutch.

Basically, when they were, when Gardaí were investigating the tragic scene in Ballymun Station of the suicide, that a senior Garda rang his client,
detective Garda, and said, we've just found an email from you here printed out in Colin Fox's personal belongings because he'd left a lot of personal belongings linked to the Regency in a pile.
