Yeah, it's funny you say like play against me alongside me.
But that is kind of it's it's kind of the beauty of of video games.
It's not something that we've talked about loads on the pods before, but it has been quite a big part of both of our lives.

This is now a period of my life where I'm I'm starting to realize like the positive benefit of just losing myself in a video game for an hour or two, like for whatever reason, mainly my own character flaws.
Um I can be quite intense when it comes to work.
Uh home life can be quite intense as well with a little one.
So um being able to kind of just lose yourself in a game for a bit has become much more important to me than maybe it was a couple of years ago.
So
Yeah, like I'm excited about the new EA Sports FC game that will come out in about six weeks' time and we'll be playing that as soon as it's released.
The new football manager game, I'm really looking forward to, which come out a bit later on in the year.
But for now, I just want like a short term challenge on FM twenty six that other people get involved with and just see like who among the listeners is the best football manager and whether I'm s I've still got it basically, because previously I really fancied myself on this game.
Um and we're gonna manage Derby County.
Okay.
So we're starting at championship level with a pretty simple short-term aim.
Well, it's not a s it's not a simple objective, but it the aim is simple.
Get to the Premier League, get to the Champions League, and go one better than that Derby County side from the early 70s, which reached the semis of the European Cup.
If anyone can get to the final of the Champions League and win it with Derby County, I'll be pretty impressed.
