You're not willing to call Immigration Services.

You're not willing to look at what the taxpayers of your city and your state have been giving to these daycare centers and whether or not they're legitimate.

And if there's illegitimate things happening with money, there unfortunately usually is a trickle down where there's other horrible or illegitimate things happening to minors on the same property.

Why wouldn't you go after that?
