There is a problem in this country with breaking the law for the purpose of grandstanding and political hierarchy. That will not stand in my state.
We will not stand for anybody getting in the way of getting rid of criminals in this country. It's very simple. Unfortunately, the mayor has publicly for three days been saying that he's going to break in, eventually did break in, was given multiple opportunities to remove himself, failed to do so, and has been detained and will be charged.
Look, it is what it is. At the end of the day, this is, in my opinion, something that they're making a big to-do about nothing.
And I also have to say that I sympathize with you because I think you go through a lot of the same, show me the person, I'll find the crime that President Trump has gone through.
The fact that the state thinks that they're more important and have a better say in what happens to your child over the actual parent's opinion is egregious.
Nice to meet you. I'm a big fan. Well, nice to meet you.
America. America, not just Trump. And I agree with everything you just said. And I think that your anger is the same that President Trump has for our country. the time is now for us to stop being wimps. I think that's exactly the right sentiment.
of powers. It's a really novel idea. But our founding fathers created a document, the Constitution. There's a separation of powers for a reason. The executive branch is the ultimate authority on federal issues. And we have rogue judges who are trying to stop members like Doge Team, Besant, from doing their job.
And that's to protect taxpayer dollars, to look at what we're doing with spending, and to run the federal government under President Trump.
What's your legal take on these arguments, Alina? What a spin, Martha, what a spin. That guy should get a degree in spinning. Number one, he's probably not a lawyer, because that made zero sense to me.
Well, as you know, we care about veterans tremendously. I mean, that's something the president has always cared about. Anybody in blue, anybody that serves this country. But at the same time, we have taxpayer dollars. We have a fiscal responsibility to use taxpayer dollars to pay people that actually work. That doesn't mean that we forget our veterans by any means.
We are going to care for them in the right way. But perhaps they're not fit to have a job at this moment or not willing to come to work. And we can't you know, I wouldn't take money from you and pay somebody and say, sorry, you know, they're not going to come to work. It's just not acceptable.

And the war in Ukraine in 24 hours. Yes. How would you do that?
Hey.

We are doing exactly what America mandated on November 5th, cleaning up waste, fraud and protecting you, the American people and our money because we pay a lot of taxes and we need that money to be spent wisely. So the fact that we're being stopped by people who are Elon Musk, Donald Trump, billionaires who know how to run businesses is insane to me.
I would love for them to come in and help me make billions of dollars or save billions of dollars. And that is what they are doing for next to nothing for the American people.

Yeah, that's 100 percent right. We have something called separation of powers for a reason. This is the executive branch. The president is working out of that to keep America safe. And I want to really understand the rationale between trying to keep criminals in our great nation that came in illegally and then committed crimes.
I'm not understanding what power he thinks he has and why that's in the best interest of this nation. But that's not his decision anyway. The decision is President Trump's. enticed judges from making these decisions on the bench, and he's right. These TROs have to stop. What they're trying to do is stop the President Trump's agenda because he is skyrocketing right now.
He truly has so much approval. If you look at it, it's over 80% of Americans want illegal immigrants out. President Trump's approval rating is at an all-time high of anyone. He had an 80 million person mandate on November 5th, and he is keeping true to his promises.
These judges have no business coming in and trying to stop the Trump administration from pursuing their agenda, which was the America first agenda to keep us safe. Illegals need to get out. Criminals need to get out. And that is what he's going to continue to do. And it's unfortunate that they're wasting taxpayer dollars yet again, trying to hold him up in court.
America. America, not just Trump. And I agree with everything you just said. And I think that your anger is the same that President Trump has for our country. And the time is now for us to stop being wimps. I think that's exactly the right sentiment.

Yeah. Yeah. And actually, one of my focuses of my portfolio is human extortion, human trafficking and labor and cyber and finance extortion that has happened because of these individuals bringing minors, bringing women, bringing individuals over the border and then seeing them get tortured. And the facts that she mentioned, those are just public ones.
I assure you what I've been briefed on is so severely disturbing that if America knew just 10% of it, they would be happy to have these individuals out. They are a danger to our society and they have no business being in this country.
Hi.
Hi. Nice to meet you. I'm a big fan. Well, nice to meet you.
It's pretty common sense. How about just work? Like, never mind essential world. That's easy. Are you working? Are you working? Are you double dipping? Are you working for another company? And if you cannot say that you are working, you do not have a job pretty much anywhere. And I hope that any boss runs their company the way President Trump is running this country.
What we have voted, the American people have voted for on November 5th. But that means that, yes, we're gonna be tough, but we still want to make money. We still wanna be producing. We still wanna work with other countries. China's just another example. It's a lot like, Laura, when the president says something like, Putin is bright or Putin. That doesn't mean he's praising him.
That means that he is acknowledging the situation. What is good for America? What is America first? If you say we're not going to have Amazon, we're not going to have anything imported or exported with China. That's not realistic. That's not what he's saying. We want to do business, but it's got to be done the right way. And that is what the president was referring to.
But of course, the spin is real, as you know.
Higher. Higher. I think that we're not. I think there's I don't know. But I can tell you that the what we've recovered and what we've seen is so clear. We're already ahead of schedule. Elon spoke to that right now. If we continue at this route, we hope to have a balanced budget. We hope to fix the deficit. Serious problems that have existed in this country that have not been addressed.
And you have to do it quickly and swiftly. And President Trump expects us to work really hard to make sure it gets done in this administration. Not in six years, not in 10 years.
Hi, nice to meet you. I'm a big fan. Well, nice to meet you.
America, America, not just Trump. And I agree with everything you just said. And I think that your anger is the same that President Trump has for our country. And the time is now for us to stop being wimps. I think that's exactly the right sentiment. Okay.
We know that the governor has on his website currently do's and don'ts for his local state of law enforcement. Those do's and don'ts instruct them not to cooperate with illegal immigrants who have administrative warrants that have been issued by the court after due process saying that they are no longer welcome here. They have gone through the court system. They are to be deported.
It is instructing them to go against our federal rules, our executive orders. And I am unfortunately going to announce on your show tonight, Sean, and I want it to be a warning for everybody that I have instructed my office today to open an investigation into Governor Murphy, to open an investigation into Attorney General Plattkin, who has also instructed the state police not to assist.
any of our federal and they list our federal agencies that are under my direction the fbi the dea all these individuals that are trying to clean up our streets in new jersey not to cooperate that will no longer stand pam bondi has made it clear and so has our president that we are to take all criminal, violent criminals and criminals out of this country and to completely enforce federal law.
And anybody who does get in that way, in the way of what we are doing, which is not political, it is simply against crime, will be charged in the state of New Jersey for obstruction, for concealment. And I will come after them hard. Those investigations will start immediately.

Well, I can confirm, as I have publicly stated, that we have put. The mayor, Raz Baraka, under arrest. You know, it's very simple, Martha. As I've said in the state of New Jersey, as Pam Bondi has said in the United States, we will not stand for anybody getting in the way of getting rid of criminals in this country. It's very simple.
Unfortunately, the mayor has publicly for three days been saying that he's going to break in. Eventually did break in, was given multiple opportunities to remove himself, failed to do so and has been detained and will be charged. And where is he being held? I'm not going to speak to that right now. He's obviously in New Jersey. But he's in custody. Yes.
He is he has been arrested and will be charged.
