You know, what's love and how do you know when you're in love?
So the science that we know, the psychology behind it, is when you first meet someone, there's a state of limerence and so the hormones go crazy and that's what draws us together.
We know that that lasts between six and twelve months, sometimes slightly longer.
Um and that's very intense and very exciting and that's what brings us together.
And then we go to a more intimate phase of a relationship.

You know, the hormones kind of I guess convolute the way we feel 'cause it's very exciting.
Um but is it real love?
I think that's probably the the ultimate question that none of us really know and it's all subjective.
