I fully disagree.

I'm a human and I love them and I don't want them to be banned anymore.

But I will say I've even heard of managers now requiring in-person interviews because they're concerned that anyone who's being interviewed online just has a chatbot that is feeding them the answers that they think the manager wants to hear.
