I guess when my vehicle was full of c kids it wasn't a single occupancy vehicle, but um they do reduce trips. podcast-host

So I'm wondering if um maybe the way we typically look at trip generation is biased to make that in trips with children in visible. podcast-host

And whether it's something we could think about a little more. podcast-host

I think the one you know, that I do I'm interested in enhanced T DM podcast-host

criteria and financial feasibility and making sure we meet our housing element uh requirements and just build housing. podcast-host

I don't think caveats the right word, but the one counterpoint I would say is that I think that these TDM measures podcast-host

it when you build more dense housing you need to you need to move people in and out of the area more people in and out of the area. podcast-host

And there are multiple ways of doing that. podcast-host

We could build more mass transit and we could widen roads, which I don't want to do. podcast-host

And that would all cost money. podcast-host

And so in some ways this is a cheaper way of doing it. podcast-host
