Hi, I'm Isha Kumari, I'm current resident of Mountain View, and I'm here to request the city to deny this project until it's compliant.

I request council to protect the neighborhood's integrity and maintain its

desirable living conditions, I have following concerns with the proposed project.

Character and aesthetics.

The proposed seven-story building significantly exceeds the current height of two to three stories in the neighborhood, disrupting the established low-rise character that resident values.

This change would create an eyesore, diminishing the area's visual appeal and community's charm.

Traffic congestion, like everyone mentioned, introduces 85 units on a half an acre site.
