We have to make sure we're getting the right kind of information.
Sometimes that information is scouting reports.
But it's about being, I think, more dutiful and diligent so that we can be more responsible and aggressive and innovative in the way that decisions get made and hopefully make your business, which just happens to be playing the game of hockey, a lot more sound.
And, you know, we, to, to make it a hockey thing, we hear good in the room, right?
But in the sense of, are you getting the most out of your team professionally?
And are you managing them and motivating them to give you their best, even if they don't put skates on their feet and you have to be able to do that across both worlds.
You know, today's professional universe is changing in terms of the way that employees want to be managed and motivated.
And it's you know, I know there's talk of maybe that a two headed monster or a three headed monster in Vancouver.
I do honestly believe that at some point there has to be a leader because you need that touchstone.
You need that one North star that's going to ultimately set the direction, set the culture and be the final decision maker.
And I think for these two gentlemen, and I don't know either of them personally or well, professionally either, but these are two individuals who are looking to, for the first time, take on this role.
Any of us can identify with the emotion behind that of wanting to be the person.
And so you're asking two people who maybe could work together brilliantly, but also there's an ego and a professional emotional pride in trying to take this on.
