So that's supposed to be the three main allegations from Witness A.

Well, they're the most serious allegations and that is where the rape charge comes from.

She says that when she alleges that when she was seven or eight years of age that Jeffrey Donaldson forced her legs apart and

raped her and she described that very vividly and I'm not going into the details here and then she also has an allegation that he put his hand up her when she was older she said she was in secondary school so maybe in and around the sort of 12-13 mark that Geoffrey Donaldson followed her into her room and pulled her top up and also then sexually assaulted her by fondling her around her breast area they're the I suppose the two main

Allegations from her evidence, and that was the end of Witness A and Witness B concluded their evidence earlier this week.

Witness A was questioned for, I think hers went into three days, her evidence, and Witness B was two days in the witness stand given evidence.

So what happens is the prosecution, they used to be prosecution witnesses.

So the prosecution, it's been referred to as people have said their legal team or their barrister.

That's not correct.

They don't actually have a legal team.

What they do have is they are witnesses for the prosecution.

So the prosecution barrister in this case is Rosemary Walsh Casey, a very, very experienced barrister.

So she talks them through their evidence.

And what we have seen is what they call the ABA evidence, achieving evidence.

best evidence is what the police call it.

So both of these witnesses both went into a police station in Northern Ireland on the 7th of March 2022 and then their achieving best evidence was recorded.

Witness A's I think was recorded on March the 8th and Witness B's possibly a few days later.

And we have seen the video recordings, the facts that sound and video recorded and that was being played to the jury.
