They do seem to have research that shows that far right talking points have a disproportionate influence on the conversation.
And the justice minister was warning against
the centre moving too far in response to amplified voices.
Yeah, I completely understand it.
But I think the point was about that.
It can seem sometimes if certain voices are amplified that, oh, everything, everyone thinks this or this is more acceptable thing to think.
And it can broaden the Overton envelope of what is acceptable in mainstream politics.
